All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high‑volume periods, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. A Bright Candle Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, A Bright Candle Company is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damage caused during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Because our products are handcrafted and made with soy wax, they may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We take precautions when packing orders, but A Bright Candle Company is not responsible for heat‑related damage during transit.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
