A Bright Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 15‑day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unburned, and unaltered
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are approved only after the returned product is received and reviewed by our quality team.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.
